The Gigs Portal is a platform where Tech Talents provide software development and other IT (Tech)-related services to Clients. On ProDevs, Clients can receive IT-related services help via Freelance Jobs. Our role is to facilitate the availability of the Site and the services provided on the Gigs portal. ProDevs is not a provider of talents for Gigs services. Talents that take on the work provided on the Gig portal are independent contractors and are not employees of ProDevs.

Subject to the conditions set forth herein, ProDevs may, in its sole discretion, amend this Agreement and any of the other agreements that comprise the Terms of Service at any time by posting a revised version on the Site. ProDevs will provide reasonable advance notice of any amendment that includes a Substantial Change, by posting the updated Terms of Service on the Site, providing notice on the Site, and/or sending you notice by email. If the Substantial Change includes an increase to Fees charged by ProDevs, ProDevs will provide at least 30 days’ advance notice of the change, but may not provide any advance notice for changes resulting in a reduction in Fees or any temporary or promotional Fee change.

By accessing or using the Site in any manner, including, but not limited to, visiting or browsing the Site or contributing content or other materials to the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

Additional definitions:

      Clients (“Users”): users who request the help of experts on the Sites
      Talents (“Tech Talents, IT-Personnel, Freelancer”): experts who provide services to Clients

By registering for an account to use the Site (an “Account”), by using the Site, or by clicking to accept the Terms of Service when prompted on the Site, you agree to abide by this Agreement and the other Terms of Service. To access and use certain portions of the Site and the Site Services, you must register for an Account. Subject to the Site Terms of Use, certain portions of the Site are available to Site Visitors, including those portions before your Account registration is accepted.

    ProDevs reserves the right to decline a registration to join the ProDevs portal or to add an Account of any type (i.e., as a Client or Talent), for any lawful reason, including supply and demand, cost to maintain data, or other business considerations.

    If you create an Account as an employee or agent on behalf of a company, you represent and warrant that you are authorized to enter into binding contracts, including the Terms of Service, on behalf of yourself and the company.

    Your privacy is important to ProDevs and your information will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is part of the Terms of Service, and applicable law.


    ProDevs offers the Site for your business purposes only and not for personal, household, or consumer use. To register for an Account or use the Site, you must, and hereby represent that you:

    • are an employee or agent of and authorized to act for and bind an independent business (whether it be as a self-employed individual/sole proprietor or as a corporation, limited liability company, or other entity);
    • will use the Site for business purposes only;
    • will comply with any licensing, registration, or other requirements with respect to your business, or the business for which you are acting, and the provision of Services; and
    • are either a legal entity or an individual who is 18 years or older (or have otherwise reached the age of majority in the jurisdiction in which you conduct business) in each case who can form legally binding contracts.


    To register for an Account to join the Site, you must complete a profile (“Profile”), which you consent may be shown to other users of the platform including talents, and clients. You agree to provide true, accurate, and complete information on your Profile and all registration and other forms you access on the Site or provide to us and to update your information to maintain its truthfulness, accuracy, and completeness.

      You agree not to provide any false or misleading information about your identity or location, your business, your skills, or the services your business provides and to correct any such information that is or becomes false or misleading.


      Notwithstanding other provisions of this policy, we may refuse to grant refunds if;

      • You received completed service but simply change your mind about the service
      • You were aware or notified of the potential problems of the service before making payment or accepting the final result of service
      • You did not like the service or realize you have no use for it
      • You approved the service provided before verifying/reviewing the quality of service


      If you are dissatisfied with the service provided to you and you are eligible for a refund as provided under this policy, you must lodge a complaint using the chat feature on the portal. Once a complaint has been lodged, a member of the team will reach out to the complainer and an internal review will be conducted

        Refunds are issued at our discretion and refund requests may be accepted or rejected by the ProDevs team. ProDevs also reserves the right to charge a 3% fee from Client payments to facilitate client wallet and disbursement fees associated with the payment service when issuing a refund.
