Technology — Product development

From brief to production.

Product managers, designers and engineers working as one team to turn your requirements into software people can actually use. We design it, write the code, deploy it and stay after launch.

01 How we deliver

Five stages, and you can see progress at every one.

The same process for a small MVP or a multi-year platform build. What changes is the size of the team, not the discipline.

  1. 01

    Understand

Before any design or code, we agree what the software is for, who will use it, what limits it has to work within and how we will know it worked.

    • Business problem
    • Users
    • Constraints
    • Success metrics
  2. 02

    Shape

We turn that into a scoped first release: the requirements, the technical approach, the key user journeys and a plan you can hold us to.

    • Requirements
    • Architecture
    • UX flows
    • Delivery plan
  3. 03

    Build

Designers and engineers ship in short cycles. You see working software every week, not a status report.

    • Weekly releases
    • Working software
    • Visible progress
  4. 04

    Ship

Automated and manual testing, security review, production infrastructure and a controlled launch.

    • Testing
    • Security
    • Infrastructure
    • Production
  5. 05

    Improve

After launch we measure what people actually do, fix what gets in their way and keep building.

    • Usage data
    • Feedback
    • Iteration
    • Ongoing engineering
Filled markers: stages where you receive working, deployable software.

02 What we build

Seven ways to start building.

Start with the one closest to your situation. Many projects combine several.

  • MVP development

A first version of a new product, scoped to prove the idea with real users and built on foundations you will not have to throw away.

  • AI & automation

Replace the spreadsheet, manual process or copy-and-paste workflow slowing your business down, with integrations, automations and AI features that are tested like any other software.

  • Dedicated product teams

A product manager, designers and engineers working on your roadmap as a standing team, managed with you.

  • Technical audit

An independent review of code, architecture, security and infrastructure, with prioritised recommendations.

  • Product rescue

For projects that have stalled, slipped or lost their original team: we assess what exists, stabilise it and get releases moving again.

  • Cloud & DevOps

Infrastructure as code, CI/CD pipelines, monitoring and cost control on the major cloud platforms.

  • Legacy modernisation

Replace the ageing platform one piece at a time, while the business keeps running on it.

03 Technical health check

Not sure what’s wrong? Start with an audit.

Senior engineers review your code, architecture, security and infrastructure, and tell you plainly what to fix first. If you want, the same team then does the work.

  1. 1

    Audit

  2. 2

    Recommendations

  3. 3

    Implementation

04 Who does the work

One team, from first workshop to launch.

You work with the same people throughout. The product manager who runs the first workshop is still there at launch, and the engineers who build the product are the ones who support it afterwards.

Because ProDevs is also a hiring company, the team can grow, or become your own employees, without starting over.
